We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys administration as their chosen career with solid experience (minimum 5 years) in providing high quality administrative support, ideally with a background in real estate.
This varied and busy role will require you to provide general administrative support, principally to the Managing Director plus one other Sales & Leasing Consultant.
Duties include:
- Typing proposals, submissions and general correspondence
- Responding to emails & taking messages
- Diary management
- Assisting with all aspects of marketing campaigns including preparing advertising schedules & property reports, checking proofs, booking photography, etc.
This is a maternity leave contract role for 6-12 months. Start date is negotiable, but no later than late May 2012.
Full time position, hours are negotiable.
