GormanKelly is pleased to announce that it has recently acquired the commercial rent roll of Carter Real Estate.
Carter are well known and respected agents in Ringwood, having been established in the area since 1923. Over the years they have managed many of the commercial properties in the outer eastern suburbs. However, due to increasing concerns about compliance obligations and the specialist skills required to maintain a commercial rent roll, Directors Richard Carter, William Lyall and Neil Rhodes decided it would be best to dispose of that component of the business.
Carter will continue to concentrate on their speciality niche of residential real estate sales and management in Ringwood and surrounding areas.
The portfolio brings across a mix of industrial and retail properties in Ringwood, Croydon, Nunawading, Bayswater, Heathmont, Mitcham and Warrandyte under GormanKelly’s expert management and will contribute to the firm’s rapidly expanding presence in the outer east.
