For over 30 years, Aldo has been at the forefront of Australia’s fast-evolving property industry. Currently, he is a Fellow of the API and a committee member of the REIV Valuation Chapter where he engages with members on training, development and policy. Previously, he served as President of the prestigious Australian Property Institute (Vic), providing determinations on rent-reviews and valuations, as well as a range of property assessment matters for the Family Law Court and deceased estates.

As a Certified Practising Valuer and an API Accredited Specialist Retail Valuer, Aldo brings to the GormanKelly team unparalleled expertise in all components of property sales and leasing valuations and appraisals. His extensive background in rent-review resolution also affords him a unique ability to provide valuable advice in dispute prevention and resolution.
