When we offered 677 Whitehorse Road, Mont Albert for sale by Auction back in April 2017, the property was certainly nothing glamorous, having had a long history of various office/showroom uses. We marketed its potential using the example set by highly rated nearby café, Mister & Miss, which had risen from a converted old industrial building.
