Pre-commitments are a sure way for developers to take the risk out of large-scale property development. They are also an ideal way for large companies to have a building designed to their specific requirements.
We’ve advised and facilitated a number of the larger pre-commitments in suburban Melbourne over the past 20 years including;
McConnell Dowell's Lease over the second floor of Vantage - Hawthorn's largest speculative office development on the corner of Burwood Road and Power Street. Representing 23% of the total building area, this pre-commitment effectively sured up construction enabling the project to proceed relatively "stress free".

We also facilitated the 27,000sqm pre-commitment for Coogi at 452 Johnston Street, Abbotsford (Previously Yarra Falls Knitting Mills now Computershare's world headquarters).
