GormanKelly Welcomes Nick Breheny To Our Team
We are delighted to announce that Nick Breheny has joined our GormanKelly team as a Director.
Nick has an impressive 30 years’ experience in Melbourne’s commercial property market.
Rob founded GK in 1994 out of a passion for real estate and property that began when he was in his teens. Through a combination of entrepreneurial thinking, adherence to principles and unwavering persistence, he has guided the business to become one of Melbourne’s most prominent and trusted commercial property agencies.
Growing up on a farm in rural Victoria, where an ability to relate to people was engrained into him from a very early age, Rob learnt the importance of a strong work ethic, and the value of real assets. It was here that his father introduced him to investment and development, sparking his first interest in property, and setting the foundations for GK today.
Now, Rob’s leadership of the company continues to inspire others, thanks to his skill at developing cohesive relationships built on an appreciation for seeing things from the client and customer’s perspective. As Managing Director Rob works closely with his team and his clients to bring about the most effective and manageable outcomes, by encouraging open communication and innovative approaches to marketing and negotiation.
Rob is currently undertaking Executive Education through the Owner President Management (OPM) program at the Harvard School of Business in Boston.
Above all, Rob holds immense pride in his GK colleagues; the knowledge, aptitude and dedication they bring to the firm as they strive to provide the very best advice to each and every client.
The year is 2025, and modes of personal transport in Australia have changed irrevocably. People have stopped driving altogether, switching to self-drive (or autonomous) electric vehicles. The entire market for land transport has switched to electrification, which is 10 times cheaper to run than fossil fuel-based cars. No petrol or diesel cars, buses or trucks are sold anywhere in the world.
