After a 5 year occupation of 172 Canterbury Road, Heathmont, the Bank Of Bendigo has moved on.
In their place the 143sqm premises has been leased to a local business that will retail tobacco products and giftware.
The new lease is for 5 years plus Option.
Given the popularity of the Heathmont strip, the rental under the new lease has maintained a strong rate of $350/sqm net.
