Catherine joins the GK team as a commercial Property Manager.

She has worked as a property manager since 2015 and comes equipped with a full Estate Agent’s License, a degree in Business Management and strong communication skills, being bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Catherine prides herself on her genuine care for clients’ interests and an investor mindset, which she believes is the basic work ethic that every good property manager should have.

Her banking background in Banking (Due Diligence) gives her good attention to detail and a sound working knowledge of accounting procedures and financial obligations, which are critical to helping clients maximise returns.

Catherine’s passion for the Real Estate industry is evident in her commitment to further study ensuring, she keeps up with the legislative changes and ever evolving market conditions.

Outside of work Catherine enjoys movies, musicals, hiking, badminton and walking her dog.
